Yeah I'm finally able to get all my Protein in... I'm just struggling with 64 oz of Water drinking it an oz at a time. Very frustrating. Also I cant tell when i'm full so I think i've been under eatting or should I say sipping. Am I alone on this?

Okay I have a problem. I had surgery on Monday and I have not been able to get but maybe a Oz of protein in. I tried sf Popsicles but they send me to the restroom. Tried cream of mushroom w beef broth and it sent me to the restroom. What am I doing wrong. Help

Yes gas X strips will be your best friend. Walking and peppermint tea. That gas prices pain is ugh no joke but I it will pass

I had surgery the 16th of June. It was very painful until this morning. Still having a issue with getting all my fluids in but I have no desire to eat. Plus any type of liquids (warm or cold) still hurt going down. Anyone else have this issue.

I'm really nervous about Monday. The Doctor called to confirm my appointment. I have to be there at 8:30am. I'm ready but scared. Lord give me strength

I can't believe it's 4 more days.. I have butterflies in my stomach. I haven't been doing my pre-op like I should. My weakness is Spagettio's but other than that I have been on shakes and bars. I'm scared but i'm sooo ready to begin. Has anyone else cheated on the pre op

How do you get all your protien your suppose to have in, if your stomach will only hold so little?

Oh no!! @sandisleeve. I have to have a hernia repair. That makes it worst? How bad was recovery?

So now that I have had my Pre-op (3 weeks before surgery) I'm more nervous then ever. He told me about the hair falling out, when I asked him how long I'd be out of work he says it depends, some people have went back to work after 3 days. I'm really. He feels like I'm not going to have issues, he's says it's not to far off from when I had my gallbladder removed as far as pain goes. My biggest fear is the whole sipping and drinking and making sure I get all my protein and fluid intake in... am I alone on this? Has anyone had these fearing going into surgery?

@SweetCryss. I am having my Surgery through True Results, initially my surgeon was suppose to be Dr. Nicolson and I found out he's going to be out of town that week so My surgeon is going to be Dr. Chad Carlton who is one his associates @ The Nicolson clinic,

@ SweetCryss Did you have your surgery in Dallas @ the Nicolson clinic? I'm new to this and I have pre op tomorrow. I don't know what to expect.
