Good Morning, .......... I HATE THESE FONTS !!! It really keeps me from spending any extra time here. TGI GOOD FRIDAY !!! A bitter sweet day for us Christians wouldn't you say. I am fasting today, its just something I do every good friday. I'll have my coffee and Water, iced tea, but thats about it. Can't hurt to lose a lb LOL. OY! I'm home today with DD...she's got the squirts so there's no way she's going into school. Since there are TWO PATS on the boards, I'm gonna call the new Pat ... MR. I think thats awesome your going to be a RN. Don't worry about eating to much before your fill, it is VERY normal. I was able to eat a hero sandwich with no sweat and when I told my doc he didn't even flinch. I'm due for a fill and will get one either next week or the week after. Kat glad the dish washer is working I always washed dishes by hand except for a few years ago when I got my FIRSt dish washer... OMG !!! there's no turning back now. Love it !!! DH is on an appliance kick. He wants to get a new frig and washer & dryer. WTH? they both work fine but they are 12 years old and he thinks they are gonna be on thier way to appliance heaven soon LOLOL. He thinks we should buy now and not in a few years when prices will be higher... men LOL. I told him what ever LOL. Sherry.... where are ya ? Patty.... how are you dolly ???? how are the boys, did they make it home alone this week LOL Mandy enjoy disney... I'm thinking of going there either this summer or next winter. Good Morning, Kind of a bitter sweet day. In 1990 on April 1st I got a call in the middle of the night saying my brother died... I kept telling the person on the phone they were sick b/c I thought it was an april fools joke... but it wasn't. 17 years ago and I remember it like it was yesterday. Oh well. Its a gray day in jersey girls, looks like rain. My finger says is gonna rain, boy does the bugger hurt LOL SOOO I will get to cleaning the bedrooms and vacuuming too. Spring surely is here, flowers are starting to come up, bushes are starting to bloom and cherry blossoms are starting to turn pink :confused: LOVE IT. Hope everyone is doing okay. When you cook his food, you might want to add a table spoon of healthy olive oil (120 calories right??) stuff like that. Hi Girls, Okay wild week for me. Mom wound up having emergency hernia surgery on wednesday night, thursday she was puking so bad that they rushed her into xray only to find nothing and realizing that she had an alergic reaction to the meds they give you to stop puking. Imagine being alergic to the meds they give you to help you stop puking and it making you puke even worse. Anyway, she came home yesterday and she is already fighting w/my sister b/c she was doing laundry ????? OY !!!!!!!!! Anyway, today I have a ton of cleaning b/c next week is Easter and if I don't start NOW I'll never have the house ready in time for my family. I know, I'm sure they won't care if the house is clean but you know... I do it for me cause I care LOL. Easter is my favorite holiday. Beanie I think your doing wonderful with your WL...wish I could lose 4 lbs a month geepers :clap2: I'm off to read the past few days here but I'll be back .

I just sprinke it with a fish seasoning and bake it at a high temp (400) for about 10 minutes (cook silvery side down). You can cook it on the grill if you want but you'll need foil.

Hi girls. Betty those flowers are beautiful, they really put a smile on my face and boy I needed that today. Just found out I'll prob be doing my job as well as the new one for a few months and not guaranteed the position I don't mind helping out but I hate the feeling of being jerked around... ya know.. just be honest w/me is all I ask. I can only speak for myself. I eat just like before banding, the only thing I can not tollerate well is soft taco shells, they are to gooey and don't pass well.

Good Morning, I can't stay as usual but my boss made a comment the other day that just broke my spirit. He was so gunho about me taking the job in the beginning but after he spoke to HR... he made a comment like... "I need you to go to this workshop in september, even if you don't get the job...because YOU KNOW I can't promise you anything." Can you say burst bubble I'm down about that comment but I've said from the beginning of all of this that what ever happens, its Gods Will and thats good enough for me and I wouldn't get upset (which I'm not upset...just down if ya know what I mean) so thats the story my chicklets. They won't wash off, they won't scrape off, and they seem to be getting worse. The doctor says he'll get to the bottom of the problem, and tells her not to worry until the tests come back. A few days later, the woman's phone rings. It's the doctor. She immediately begs to know what's causing the spots? The doctor says, "You're perfectly healthy, there's no problem. Hi Girls, Dianne, its good to see you and the girls You DID the right thing, just give it some time. ..... HOT STUFF. Cindy, yes we had snow today, I left work early, picked up DD...went home, stuffed my face w/food and took a nap. Got up at 5, and did some cleaning ROFL !! Tomorrow we are suposed to see HighSchool Musical at a local HS.... should be fun IF we don't get the 14" of snow they are promising LOLOL DISNEY OHHHHHHHhhh HOW FUN, my DD wants to go there so bad she can taste it. Beanie I don't know what to say to make you feel better because I have a sibling like that too. As much as we want nothing to do with them b/c they have used and abused us, we STILL don't want any harm to come their way... after all, they are family and even with all the crap they do, we still love them.
