I am a few days shy of my 1 year anniversary and I definitely have restriction. Not like the first few month, I am able to eat about 3-4 ounces of dence protein. And not I can eat small portions of almost anything I want. Although that is not really a good thing at times- 1 reply

On a positive note....no boobs but I have a flat stomach and I can wear a size 6, run 5 miles and increased confidence and stamina. So it's not that bad after all.- 58 replies

although I researched Mexico. I decided against it. I was self-pay in NYC. My insurance covered the pre-op testing because it is basically consultations with different specialties and I paid the surgeon and anesthesiologist. I felt more comfortable being in the united states in case of complications and I have someone to sue and hold responsible if anything goes wrong. I know a lot of people that that went to Mexico and was very successful. But, I like the idea of calling and going to fix it my doctor as often as I like/need. Developing a face to face relationship was important to me. -
