  5. I got sick right before surgery and went to my doctor and they gave me a zpak. I got some sudafed from the pharmacy and rested in bed for a few days. I wasn't perfect for surgery but I didn't have a fever and could breath well through my nose. Lol good luck!

  8. I was an addict before surgery. I would have two cups in the morning. Then have another coffee break at 4p with a co-worker. Since surgery I've been completely cold turkey. I only drink decaf coffee and tea now which satisfies my cravings for both.
  9. I was 25. I had the surgery a week before my 26th birthday. The best birthday gift I ever gave myself. I went through the approval process when I was 17 but was denied. Then finally when I got a good job with good health insurance and they approved me in 3 months!????
  10. Congrats! You look great!
  11. It doesn't sound like you need the shakes if your eating. Just cut back to one a day and enjoy food. I'm 4.5 month post op and eat about 650-800 calories a day. I sometimes drink a protein shake on workout days. Good Luck!!!
  12. Hey Susan, Can I change my starting weight to 208.1. I weighed in this morning and that's where I'm starting. I still wanna keep my goal weight the same though. Thanks!
  13. I personal didn't feel any drunker than I usually did with drinking alcohol but the hangover was 10x's worse!!! Be prepared!
  14. I'm definitely in! Thanks so much for doing these challenges. I love doing these, they keep my head in the game. CW: 212.1 GW: 199
