One more can of tuna or chicken and I'm gonna puke! Need lunch ideas.
I feel the same way. I'm getting tired of tuna and fish. So last night I made mini lasagnas that were sooo good. Only 13 carbs and 26g of protein. I made them with wonton wrappers and that satisfied my pasta craving.

Anyone have regrets?
I had my surgery one week before my 26th birthday and was so depressed on my birthday. I just stayed at home in bed crying. I wasn't sure if I made the right decision but now 3-1/2 months post op I wish I would have had the surgery when I was 20 yrs old. Love my progress and I can't walk down the street and see anyone I know without them saying how great I look. I promise it will get better!

It can't be just me
I felt the same way my first month. I hated drinking or eating anything. And threw up twice because something did not go down. But now I'm three months out and for the most part I know what I can eat that won't make me sick. I promise it gets easier. Also one tip: If you decide to introduce new foods try to eat them at home first, I made the mistake of attempting to eat something new in public then spent an hour in the bathroom throwing up.

How many times a week or month do you weigh yourself?
In the beginning I would weigh myself every other week. Now I weigh myself twice a week.

When to change clothing sizes?
I'm having this same problem. I know my clothes are way to big now but I really don't want to spend the money to get new clothes that I won't be able to fit hopefully in two months. So I decided to buy a few staple items that I can wear with my larger clothes, like a jacket and two pair of jeans that are a little tight. I brought them a little tight so that in a month or two they'll fit perfect. Now when I say a little tight I mean I can fit into to them but they're just not as roomy as I'm used to. I'm also using these clothes as motivation for me to bust my butt in the gym to lose some more inches!

Discouraged and regreting
Stick to your plan! And I can not stress the importance of getting all your fluids in. Trust me I know it's hard but after I didn't have a bowel movement for two weeks I went to my doctor and he told me that the fluids were the key. He was right! The next day I basically drowned myself in water and then that night I had the best BM of my life. Lol also I was a slow loser at first, so since I was losing slowly I stopped weighing myself. I knew that if I stuck to the program and worked out the weight would come off. Now I'm 3 months out and am losing pretty rapidly. I don't expect it to stay this way but it has given me double the confidence. Also don't compare yourself to anyone else. I love this saying "Don't be so busy worried about someone else's chicken and fries that you miss the steak and lobster god has give you". Good Luck!
