  1. They make a few different drops that you can add to water to make it taste like soda. For example I know they have orange Fanta flavor. Another idea is a slurpee that is soda flavored. Tastes like soda but without the painful carbonation.
  2. I don't take it anymore because I get enough from food but I original took bariatric advantage brand
  3. Also my ears kept ringing in the beginning too and I read online on WebMD that severe weight loss and/or anemia can cause ringing in your ears.
  4. Personally I get crazy headaches from artificial sweeteners. If I were you I would switch from G2 to regular Gatorade (a mixture of 1/2 Gatorade and 1/2 water). If you have any concerns doing this please consult your nutritionist. My team was fine with me drinking regular Gatorade in order to stay hydrated, take in enough calories, and avoid artificial sweeteners. Edit: I would also try a Protein shake without artificial sugar if just swapping out the G2 doesn't help. Jay Robb is a good brand to look at.
  5. Just a heads up they probably won't let you wear flip flops because that is a risk for falling. Also they aren't going to let you take your own ibuprofen. They will be giving you medicine that the doctor prescribes. The only things I brought and used was sweatpants, pillow, and grippy socks.
  6. Maybe you're not getting in enough water?
  7. I have quest bars or dark chocolate to satisfy my sweet tooth.
  8. I took a lot more vitamins early on. Now I take 2 flinstones a day and a spray of b12 1x a week. Before, it was those plus calcium citrate, iron, and vitamin d.
  9. When I got under 200 I got a manicure and pedicure. I think a few rewards along the way are good but personally not necessary for me to do every 10 pounds or anything like that.
  10. All of the clothes have been spoken for. I will have more clothes available in 6-8 weeks
  11. Okay so because Mimi requested first she will be entitled. If anything falls through sleeve girl will get second pickings.
  12. @@MisforMimi I don't know what the precedent is either! Maybe there is some sort of guideline somewhere on the forum? I will check on that.
  13. @@MisforMimi & @@SleeveGirl34 Maybe you guys could split them up somehow? Let me know if this works for both of you?
  14. @@MisforMimi Can you PM me your city/state and zip code because this will impact the shipping costs. thanks!
  15. I don't see the post where someone else is asking for the shirt. I only use the phone app so maybe something's weird? I'll try and go over to fedex today and if not today then certainly by tomorrow and get you an idea of what it will cost. I'll be in touch
  16. Great! Were you interested in all of the items or just some? I think the easiest way to send money is through PayPal but it's up to you if you'd rather do a check.
  17. Thanks! Just trying to make room for a new wardrobe while helping out some fellow weight loss friends

  19. This may sound crazy, and maybe it is, but I find if I walk around or at least stay sitting up I digest faster... Gravity maybe? Anyways try not to lay down, it may help.
  20. This happened to me early on as well. I wasn't taking in enough calories and had low blood pressure. I began drinking diluted Gatorade (not G2) so that I'd be sure I was always taking in calories and I felt better almost immediately.
  21. I did broth with unflavored protein powder. You can try using lactaid or soy milk in protein shakes. I definitely was sick of sweet stuff at that point too but just remember soon enough it will all be a distant memory
  22. I am 6 months out and it hasn't grown back yet but i am confident that it will.
  23. There area ton of other forums on this issue so do some searching to get a bunch of great responses. Personally I had very thick hair pre op and lost about 50% of my hair 3-4 months post op.
  24. You can make your own custom PB2 powder @ myoatmeal.com. Haven't tried it yet but it looks cool, there are a lot of different options.
