I've never been banded. Welcome to the sleeve universe. I've had my sleeve 3 months and know a few banded folks. Your sleeve will tell you to stop eating. Trust me!
I used premier Protein shakes from costco. I actually like them a lot. My dietician said they are one of the best out there. I only ever tried the chocolate tho.

Thank you all for your input, I called by surgeons office and spoke to the nurse, she explained as long as i follow the diet and take the meds for the ulcers I will be fine.

Sadly I've had a golds gym membership for almost 2 years. Happy to finally put it to good use!

how long are you staying? Not sure about the glade plug in lol must be a personal preference. I was only in 1 night and I used my Chapstick once and the Gas X strips twice I think. My lPad and that was it.

I'm 11 weeks post op! Sobe life Water has been a Godsend. Make sure it's zero calorie. The fugi Apple pear is my fave! ????

I was sleeved in September on the 15th. I had a hernia. Didn't know I had it. No complications! Good luck to all!!!!

There are sooooo many. I swear before VSG I watched them all and sometimes twice! I love banded Wendy even though she's a band it's soooo informative and now she has a wls business. She's truly an inspiration to watch. There are so many VSG videos that are great!

I was sleeved on 9/30... Lost 13 lbs during pre-op and since then I've lost 27 more. I'm down 40 lbs.

My husband has been my rock through this whole entire journey but has been a bit of a deterrent when it comes to the gym. However, a trip home to see family made him realize he needs it too. I told him regardless if he goes or not, I still need to go for me! I'm making it a 25 days till Christmas challenge for myself! ????

i have been so busy since surgery with work, school, and my kids I have not had a chance to work out yet but a youfit just open up by my house so I have no excuse now
