From what I've been told, what's building up in your colon, isn't just crap. Apparently, there are toxins or "sludge" that builds up & when you clean it out, things just work better. I was looking into having colonics done, but it can be so expensive. I figured this would be a much cheaper way to take care of it. My doctor says there is no problems with doing this. What I've heard from others is that this is not a laxative & there are no emberassing explosions. It just cleans out the stuff that doesn't need to be in there. Your poop is just "different" then normal. Just in case anybody is wondering, I am having no problems Healthwise at all. I feel great & do not have problems being "regular." I just need a little jump start to kick my weight loss into gear. I have heard this could possibly help. We'll see!!! Once it comes in, I will let you know the instructions of how to use it & try to be as discreet as I can about how it's workin'.

I'm in for September!!! After my Colon Blow, I have a feeling this weight is coming off. My current weight is 197. I want to get to 187 this month. I CAN DO THIS!! Okay, this is for real. Funnyduddies was telling us all that she recently did a colon blow. I just ordered the stuff & can't wait for it to come in. :rolleyes I have heard that cleaning out the colon is the best thing you can do to jump start your weight loss. I have been on a plateau for 7 weeks now & I am sick of it!! I've been told by a naturepath (sp?) that the sludge that's hiding in my colon is what's keeping me from losing the weight. Kathy - The thread was locked (thank goodness!) and it now stored in LBT vault. Actually, maybe it WAS deleted & I don't know about it. I didn't request it. Okay, it looks like there are a lot of people out there who are wondering what the heck was in this thread! I have received several PM's inquiring about it. I decided not to post it to the world because I really, really just want this all to die down. If Delara, Lisa Bones, aka Fitter says she is really leaving then let's just LET HER LEAVE!! I truly felt sorry for the girl until she stuck her middle finger up to everyone in her farewell speech. This post was about a thread I read that was back in 2004. Delarla was apologizing to Donali for not getting back to her sooner because she was dealing with issues of being kicked off the Bandster board. I posted this because I felt that others might feel a little comforted in knowing that this hasn't just happened with LBT. Obviously, Delarla has been through this before & isn't new to being kicked off boards. I would LOVE nothing more then to get back to talking about our bands. I mean this IS Lapbandtalk, right?!?! Not Delarla bandless Talk!! I apologize if anyone is upset that I decided to go ahead & post this. PLEASE, PLEASE know that I don't want to stir the pot, but to let this die. I just think the truth needs to be told.
