  3. Hi, I had my sleeve in 2014 and the pouch is still in tact. The first 3 years was the honeymoon period so everything was easy, I lost around 88 lbs. I exercise regularly until now and always watch what I eat. I did gain back around 20 lbs but it’s still considered normal weight and it remained stable for 3 yesrs. I did “restart” the pouch from time to time by eating soft food for a week so my pouch is still smallThen in 2020 I was about to hit 50 and got freaked out that I might gain more weight after 50. So I decided to do the OMAD within a year I lost 27 lbs more and back to the weight in my honeymoon period. I realize that I don’t need to eat 3 meals a day to live so I continue doing OMAD until now. I still always try to eat well, I don’t take caloric drinks (soda, juice, alcohol) in regular basis. I enjoy my desserts after meal but don’t eat between meals and I exercise every day at least 30 minutes, cardio, HIIT, weight training and yoga. Luckily it became my habit since after the surgery until now. I also drink at least 1.5 liters of water and go to bed early the same time every night. I think if we stick to the basics, we can keep the weight off. I’m not concerned too much but I still watch my weight like a hawk. I hope my journey helps you in some way.

  5. I lost my appetite Big Time! Probably it's different for everyone. I trained myself before surgery by eating clean and low carb for 2 months pre-op without any requirement from my surgeon and now I have almost zero interest in food. I'd still love to eat delicious food but nothing really pleases me and I'm ok with it. Only have to eat 4 times a day for living.
  6. Haha you look fantastic Poison Ivy, send this pic to Batman, he'd be pleased!
  7. I love seeing the before & after pics, very encouring! Congrats you guys, you look GREAT!! I'll be 3 months out tomorrow and love to share my pix but probably will wait a little until 6 months, now I'm smaller than before but a bit too far to goal.

  9. Thank you for the good thought! Very inspiring. I also believe that compassion is powerful and can change the world. It's the only thing we should practice towards all human & animals in the world.
