I am so sorry to hear about this. I wish you the best of luck and a speedy recovery. I know it has to be really scary and I hope you find someone on here who could maybe point you to a surgeon who could help or give you some insight in what to expect.

My daughter and I went to see Alvin and the Chipmunks tonight. Wonderful children's movie. She really loved it. And to the person behind me who kept kicking the back of my seat all night, right back at ya! :heh: My daughter also wants to go see the Golden Compass. I think we might go see that tomorrow. I was too tired from her girl scout meeting today to do back to backs.

I think planning for summer would be a good option. It let's people recoup from the holidays and plan towards the trip. My husband and I have been dying to go back to Las Vegas outside of having to go for pool tournaments (yes....we play billiards, and have to gloat, have taken local teams to the Nationals in Las Vegas).

My supervisor is going through the process of getting approval from the insurance company for the band. I thought I would post this question here since in January I start on the type policy and want to know what needs to be done so I have a few hiccups as possible. Our insurance requires a psych eval as one of the tests to be submitted for approval. Well, to have a psych eval, they require "precertification". Well, the psych's office submitted this to the insurance co and they denied it? What's up with that? How can they require it for lap band approval but deny covering it? Anyone have any thoughts?
