Turner 24 I'm in MD and we got the nasty stuff starting yesterday and today it is messy. I came in late today but I was going to stay home with the rest of them. I guess I'm the idiot today. I have not been exercising thank goodnes weigh in was cancelled tonight. This cold has had me feeling like eeeee. It's a shame it didn't take my appitite.

Tann that sounds like a great idea. Everyones band restricts diffrently at diffrent times. If that makes you feel more comfortable go for it. You are doing a great job. What is your family having to say about you new look? Have you done any shopping yet?

That gas is something else. Have you tried beano, it helped me because I am lactose intolerant. Gasxx also helped out. Great job on the walking.

Nursiepooh don't stress, that's common for you weight to fluctuate. Your body has to adjust. Just a few eeks ago you were drinking very few calories and now you are drinking and eating so your body is happy to have these calories. Great job on joining the gym and walking. It is amazing what confidence can do for us. It makes you want to do so many things. Avilla you go girl on the butt. Keep it up. LOL My butt has lifted also since moving into the house becuase I run up and down the stairs. I plain on doing a lot of that this weekend.
