    I have not been exercising thank goodnes weigh in was cancelled tonight. This cold has had me feeling like eeeee. It's a shame it didn't take my appitite.

    29 Days until the first day of Spring (March 21st) We have work to do. It is time to put down the excuses and bullsh*#!!! Yes I am talking to YOU and ME!!! WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO??!! LOSE WEIGHT!! FEEL GREAT!! HOW ARE WE GOING TO DO IT??!! EAT RIGHT!! EXERCISE EVERY NIGHT!!! PICK UP THOSE CUPS OF WATER AND PUT DOWN THOSE CALORIE FILLED/CARBONATED DRINKS!!!! WHAT EXCUSE CAN YOU COME UP WITH.... BULL :angry NOW LET'S GET IT TOGETHER AND KILL THE FAT WHO'S TIRED OF BEING FAT????!!!!!     Getting Ready for Spring Bootcamp

    Confesions- excuses- whatever you want to call it. I have fallen off the wagon, not to hard but still the same I have fallen off. I lost my drive. It has not gone very far because I can still see it but all the same it is not in me at this very moment. It has been gone for almost 3 wks. I have not been exercising, drinking my water, taking my meds, eating right and I have been negative. I know what I need to do, I just need to do it. I was sick but now I am feeling better. I hope the warmer weather will help my mood. I am ready to get back to basics. Protein shakes for breakfast (once I go buy some more), salads for lunch and a salad with dinner. Water all day and exercise just because I can. I miss those endorphines. When I focus on my I feel so much better. From 459 to 375 is great since 7/05 but I want to see WONDERFUL!!!! Am I afraid of losing 100 pounds, I can't be. Why am I playing around....forget this.

    HOW CLEAN ARE YOU REALLY EATING? If you've reached a fat loss plateau, it's time to reevaluate your eating habits, according to Craig Ballantyne, C.S.C.S. We all think we are better than we are when it comes to eating, yet every one of us can eat better. Take a look at your calorie compliance. Are you getting 90% of your calories from the right sources? Remember, you can't be doing everything RIGHT and still be getting the WRONG results. No workout, no matter how good, can trump the domination of Dominos, the march of McDonalds, or the King of the Burger. You absolutely, positively, must be eating: a) In a caloric deficit (that means fewer calories in than are needed to maintain your weight) Lots of fiber-rich fruits and vegetables c) No processed carbohydrates (nothing from a bag or a box) d) Protein at every meal e) 5-6 small meals per day rather than 2-3 big meals f) Fiber-rich nuts as snacks g) No sugar That's the definition of good nutrition. Think about this. How fast can you eat a Big Mac, fries, and a soda. 10 minutes? 5 minutes? 3 minutes? Now compare that to how long it would take to burn off those calories (all 1200+ of them) by running. It would probably be the better part of 2 hours. And who has that kind of time to work out?     Tann I hope your little men took care of that candy situation at home. LOL Avilla that's not bad you had a handfull of love. All those kisses didn't add up to much. MorningFuneral that is wonderful about your new buddy. Did you meet this buddy at the new gym? I think we all go through that moody thing and turn to food. I call it PMS for me. Turner24 great job on the 3 pounds. I think I am at a stand still right now but I will try not to stress. The next time I have some kisses I will make sure you don't hear me. I don't want to get smacked.. Poowwoooo LMBO Bandida I'm so sorry. The first thing I did when I first got stuck was panic. I think that is the worst thing we can do. Sometimes we just have to sit still and wait. Do you know what got stuck? If you able to get fluids down just stick to liquids right now. I am still a bit under the weather. Yesterday I felt like ewwww and went home and went straight to bed. I feel a bit better this morning but not 100%. Yesterday I had a ice cream bar, grapes, cheese, crackers and chicken noodle soup. I plan on having crackers and soup today.:sick

    Tann that is wonderful I can't wait to see those pics.....if I'm ivited. Get yourself a camera and just take pics once a month and get it developed later. Then you will even be surprised and it will be a great motivator. LOL Niecyrenee you are doing terrific. 3 months and 68 pounds gone. That is something to smile about. It all takes time and remember the inches and pounds trade off and come off so try not to stress. Stress will make us eat. Our body weight fluctuates and plateaus so it is the norm, we all know it. Just be happy and as you said remain positive and focus on the future. Josette- (((HUGGGSSS))))) to go with the PM. I didn't want you guys to think I was overlooking my friend.
