    Adjustment....

On Wednesday, I got a .5cc put in...restriction is the best I've ever had. Only 2-3 bites and I'm full. I've had to really adjust my meals to get my proteins. I'm not getting in all my water for the day either so I will have to start drinking more water during the day. I think the weight will be really coming off now.

  6. Hi, I am in the same boat with you - I was banded a year in January and have lost 70 lbs so far. I am just in a low where I lose 2 gain 2 etc. I need to get out there and start exercising - this is a must. Good luck with your goal - I am going to work really hard to get back on the wagon.

  7. Hi

there was no place to leave a comment on your blog, so here I am.

I think your entry was wonderful. Very up beat and positive. I, like you, lost my MoJo, but I've got it back and am on my way. I like to hear about others good work. It inspires me. Thanks, Amanda

    Weight finally coming off...

after 6 mths of no exercise and no weight loss. In January I took back my life so to speak. I signed up on Sparkpeople and started exercising every day. You know that 21 day habit everyone tells you about. It works, but you have to exercise every day for those 21 days. For the last 2 1/2 mths, I've been exercising every day. I wear my pedometer faithfully to log my steps and log my food every day. At the moment, my band only has 1cc in a 4cc band. I've have a Dr's appt on Wednesday. I'm not sure at the moment if I want any more restriction, but there are days when I feel like I'm still eating too much even though I'm within my calorie range. I've set mini goals for myself. I missed this one by 9lbs but I'm okay it with because I've lost 16lbs since January. My next mini goal is to lose 15lbs by May. I can do it. I'm motivated and after so many years of leading a sedentary life, I am now obessed with exercising. It's a wonderful feeling to have so much energy every day.

    Calorie Counting...

No, thankfully, it doesn't happen often. I decided not to count the calories.

    Calorie Counting...

I've had a bad night. I cooked a great dinner and none of it stayed down. I think the pork I cooked had too much fat in it. Anyway, I log my calories daily. Here's my stupid question, since none of what I ate stayed down, do I still log that food and if so how much of it? :w00t:
  13. I love www.sparkpeople.com..can list calories and exercise

    Houma

I'm 14mths and have lost the weight loss momentum. I know what my problem is, but can't seem to get off the destructive pattern. I'm eating alot a food and drinking while I eat and not exercising. I'm thinking of having the band removed and having gastric bypass.

    Losing Upper Stomach Fat

Thanks so much for the replies...it's given me some ideas...the one thing I need to add is weight training...since I can't afford a gym what's the best way to do it at home that won't cost me anything?
