  1. Right now I'm eating a small bag of Cheetos & drinking a Dr Pepper but it's little over a year & i eat anything in moderation & as fast as the Dr Pepper it just takes a while to drink & ive drank them several times its not expanding my sleeve like people say. Once you lose the weight eat in moderation & I still eat healthy but I also can't stuff myself. So it's hard to maintain my weight without looking too thin, never thought I'd say that. Lol but yes too thin isn't a good look for me. I wish everyone much success & don't look at it as cheating as long as it's moderation. Happy Eating ????
  2. I wouldn't consider what I'm doing cheating. I'm at goal weight & have an issue maintaining weight. I eat all foods in moderation. & I do indulge in a frozen coke it doesn't hurt my stomach at all & it's very satisfying. I'm not sure how frozen beer would taste lol
  3. It's been over 12 months since & im at goal actually trying to maintain or keep from losing anymore. I eat what I want in super moderation & my "cheat thing" is frozen coke. So yummy & zero carbonation only frozen coke satisfaction.
