  1. Right now I'm eating a small bag of Cheetos & drinking a Dr Pepper but it's little over a year & i eat anything in moderation & as fast as the Dr Pepper it just takes a while to drink & ive drank them several times its not expanding my sleeve like people say. Once you lose the weight eat in moderation & I still eat healthy but I also can't stuff myself. So it's hard to maintain my weight without looking too thin, never thought I'd say that. Lol but yes too thin isn't a good look for me. I wish everyone much success & don't look at it as cheating as long as it's moderation. Happy Eating ????
  2. I never exercised one time. I have RA lupus fybro & back surgery chronic pain the list just keep going so i really couldn't exercise & the thought of water aerobics kinda grossed me out I'm not a big fan of public pools. Lol & I still lost all the weight i needed to & I didn't drink multiple nasty protein shakes a day. At first I did but when I was able to eat food I just ate small portions & that did the trick. I stay in bed a lot due to pain & id weigh myself I'd lost 10-15 pounds sometimes doing nothing.
  3. I think that losing 100 pounds in a years is pretty awesome. & you'll definitely get there. One day you'll wake up & you skinny & then you'll could be like me struggling to not lose anymore. That's the hard part right now is I don't want to be too thin & look unhealthy. Keep doin what you doin & you'll get there.
  4. It's been little over a year & I went from 246 to 138. I now eat whatever I want of corse smaller portions. I had a dr pepper the other day at lunch & I couldn't drink it all but I was able to have a few sips with my salad that I had. I'm really trying to maintain this weight & try not to lose anymore but it's kinda hard. Every week I lose 3-5 pounds a month. Not what I want at this point. I feel I'm skinny enough & happy at this size.
  5. I wouldn't consider what I'm doing cheating. I'm at goal weight & have an issue maintaining weight. I eat all foods in moderation. & I do indulge in a frozen coke it doesn't hurt my stomach at all & it's very satisfying. I'm not sure how frozen beer would taste lol
  6. It's been over 12 months since & im at goal actually trying to maintain or keep from losing anymore. I eat what I want in super moderation & my "cheat thing" is frozen coke. So yummy & zero carbonation only frozen coke satisfaction.
  7. It's been over a year since gastric sleeve & I'm at my goal weight & that's awesome, however I've started experiencing extreme reflux it's waking me up & causing me to cough & wheeze painful in chest lung area. I take nexium 2-3 times a day but it's not controlling especially when I'm sleeping. I don't eat before bed & all I still drink is water. Please any advice?
