I hate it when people post just to post.....

My girlie gene is weak!
Oooh! I'm judging! SO judging!

Different size breasts.
:cool2: I love that word...I'm weird. I have an old friend that will shout out, "BOOBIES!" when he sees a hot chick. Sometimes it's funny...most times it's just embarassing. He's almost 40, but he still does it. ...gee - I wonder why he's single???

I don't get that! If lawmakers ever drove in heels, they'd allow barefoot drivers!

Semi-Embarrassing Question For The Ladies... (Sex-Related)
I'm liking the bouncy ball idea.... :tongue2: I'm not on top that often. I can't get much out of it, and he understands there are better positions for both our enjoyment. Usually, it's more of foreplay than the over-all position. Like a "tag! you're it" kind of thing.

My girlie gene is weak!
Well, I must clarify...I've become a shoe junkie. (Not the Sex in the City type, more on my Payless budget type). I can go into a store and find shoes that fit - whereas, even small purses never fit my fat arms, plus a jacket/coat. My dd's 10-year old friend has a $40 coach wallet, the size of my phone. I don't get that. In those cases, my girly gene is out fishing! :tongue2: lol

Semi-Embarrassing Question For The Ladies... (Sex-Related)
I have always been with bigger guys and with my fat legs had a hard time on top - though it's always been the fav position for the guys! I plant my feet on either side and do "squats". It's a work out, but the sensation is much better because I can actually feel it, not just all our fat mushed together.

Different size breasts.
Same here...in my younger days when I was a nanny, the kids loved to point that out. "It looks weird!" Great....love kids. But, they're right - in a bathing suit it really stands out. At goal, PS here I come! I'll finally have even sized boobies, but I'll be too old for anyone to care!!! :tongue2:

My girlie gene is weak!
I have to say... I'm not so girly. At my friend's wedding I was excited to dress up until I was in the dress and hating every minute of it! My daughter is like me, more tom-boyish and non-girly. My bf's daughter is girly. It's funny - they're the same age, but completely different. I don't know why, but "girly-girls" always got on my nerves. The ones who had to have the perfect hair before going to the pool - those kind of chicks. And, I find as I get older, being girly costs more. As a kid I could chose to climb a tree or put on the froo-froo dresses. As an adult, I think I'd still rather climb a tree than "chat" with ladies about their $1,000 purses. I have come to put more thought into what I look like, but only when it's practical. (But that tree outside my building looks awfully tempting!)

Why are people afraid of atheism?

You know you are a bandster when....

The part of that website that stood out for me was this: "By yourself... or bring someone special".

Wher'd my "Rep Power" go?
Thank you! I was having nightmares of my high school days being relived... Funny...wasn't much popular back then, either.

Why are people afraid of atheism?
Ack...I hate that my company blocks stuff. I guess they hate it that I try to use their bandwidth for this stuff. Bringing this whole thread back to the fear factor, I can only speak for myself. I don't fear athiests, or any other belief/non-belief. Then again, I'm not a God Warrior, or a real "fanatic" about my faith. I'm not really fanatic about anything, really, and sometime envy people who are. But, that may change once I go home and see the video.

When to tell
I'm pretty open with people, but the questions do get annoying. I think if it's going to be a good relationship, then you should be able to tell that person anything. For me, I'm glad my bf knows about it, because that explains why I can't eat certain things, or what the scars are, etc...If I have to go slow eating, he understands. We were together pre-surgery, though, so that may make a difference...? I don't know. Good luck, though.

BBW Romance
Well said Fairy. I have a friend who refuses to date women who weigh more than him and he's 120. He gets grumpy when he meets women who are chubby IRL, but have told him they're 110, or even 100 pounds. He's not a jerk, and he wouldn't date an overweight person to just "take one for the team", either. He just has a thing about his size because he's small. I have a thing about my size because I'm big and want someone larger than me. I'd never date him and he'd never date me, even though we're great friends in real life. It would be a waste of our time to desribe ourselves (online) as different than what we are - both in physically and personality. I wouldn't describe myself as quiet and timid - because I'm not.

BBW Romance
I was thinking more about this on the way home, and started laughing at myself. When I did online dating, on my personals page I would put BBW. Because I am. I also wanted the person replying to know that he wasn't getting "chubby" or someone with "a few extra pounds", but I really didn't want spell out "Hey, here's 300 pounds of fun, buddy, c'mon in!" I think tone matters a lot when using descriptions. If an a$$hat says that I'm BBW in snide, sarcastic way, then I'll probably take it as an insult. But, if it's BBW as in, "Hey, baby...what's up?" then I'll take it as a compliment. Ramble much? - Sorry.

More pics! my rennaissance life!
ha ha...boobage. I love that word! I love the RenFest! My goal is to get into the chain-link bras...none ever were made for my size (that I could afford anyway!) (one thing I will not do, is wear a thong under a net shirt and call that a renfest outfit, even if it IS barbarian weekend.)

I hate it when people post just to post.....
 And, see, I'm thinking a hot tub would make me hotter. I'm the type of person who gets really, really red and hot during a work out. I've had people come and ask me if I was ok. At Bally's once, the manager asked me to sit down. I just get hot and sweaty, and I don't have heart trouble or high blood pressure. :frown: I always wanted to be like the people who work out for an hour and then can go back to work. We have a gym at work and I'd love to use it at lunch (it's a wasted hour anyway, when I can only take a few bites!) but I know my make-up would run down my face, my hair would be plastered to my head, and it would take an hour for all that to go away! I'm laughing just thinking about that. So, to me a pool sounds wonderful after a workout.

I want a pool so badly! I've convinced my bf to get a quote, but I'm not sure how it will go. We have a small back yard, and with the easement, I'm not sure we'll be able to get anything. I don't know why the neighborhoods around here did that - they made the front yard huge and with little, itty-bitty back yards. I'd rather be close to the road and have more privacy in the back, and space for a pool! I may just have to settle for a hot tub. I want some sort of recreational water in my back yard, darn it!!

BBW Romance
I can see a little of both sides here. To say you're Big and Beautiful is like saying, "You're cute - for a fat chick." However, I do understand that you can love the inside but not the outside. As a person who is very intimate, I'd hate to be with someone who thought that way about me. I used to date (briefly) a guy who was attracted to thin blond girls. Why the hell he was with me was beyond me. But, during our dating time, it came out more and more and by the end, I was too intimidated to be with him. I'm normally confident, but after some time with this guy not really liking my outsides, it got to me and I became very embarassed about myself. But, I think the BBW - coming from women - is meant to be empowering. After being put down for our weight, it can be like saying, "Yeah, I'm fat - but I'm pretty too." The two are not exclusive, but can be the same. I've never heard a man say he's taking one for the team, but in the movie "A Beautiful Mind" that's one of the ideas that came up. Each one of the group of guys go for the "pretty one" and that leaves her friends upset so the pretty girl gets upset and ignores the guys. But, if each of them all go after the "ugly friends" then they all will go home with a lady. (Big time paraphrasing there, sorry). But, the point is the same - take one for the team. And, yeah - that would PISS ME OFF if I heard/witnessed that.

Oh,no! I've never painted a pool before. Do you mean around the edge, or did you drain it and paint the whole thing? Ocean blue sounds pretty, though, even for a toe! :smile2:

BBQ cat makes me gag. And, my toes are no longer pretty. (A weekend of painting and yard work took care of that pedicure!) Love that quote, MacMadame & BBK!

Backyard woes
That's weird...I would think the newspaper would fall apart with the weather. But, thanks! I'll try anything at least once. I love homemade solutions like that. I always think, "who did that first?" Who thought of putting newspapers down?? Thanks for the tip! Yard work is never-ending.
