  1. I have to take my Vits at night. I just eat chewables. All others mess with my intestines.

  3. I am still very intimidated about going to the boys side of the gym is free weights to do make me nervous. My gym has a woman's only section that has pretty free weights in Pink and blues don't look so intimidating. I know I'm a girly girl, actually you know what I'm not. I'm just not a gym rat. I go there to feel better about myself. The big bulky man standing around those free weights grunting makes me nervous I'm only 5 foot two and I'm pretty strong but I don't want to stand around grunting.
  4. I'm terrified about hair loss. But I'm going to just see how it goes all else fails I do have a collection of really cute hats good luck to us all!

  7. I felt like I have been hungry since I was sleeved on May7. It is hard to tell head hunger from tummy. Also when my tummy is acid it feels like hunger.
  8. Its only been 2 months today for me but the previous poster is correct. Count your protein and drink the rest will work itself out. I do use My Fitness Pal and record my protein and it says I have been averaging about 800 calories a day.
  9. Your bodyis just adjusting to the new normal. Follow your Dr.'s orders and you will be fine. Drink lots of fluids and walk.

  12. May 7th here. Ive been in a two week stall, once I made it to Onderland I went back to 200 for 10 days. This morning I was back to 198. Yahoo. I drank tons of water. I also founf the hidden sodium in my food and illiminated most of it. I eat about 70-80 grams of protein a day and try for less than 25 g of Carbs. Working out? Not so much but I am fixin to try.
