One more pound down, one more to goal... is this really happening???

Does anybody find that after the 6 wks post op, they are feeling like their lower back is weak? It's so weird feeling like this. I feel really good other wise!

9 days post-op and down 19lbs!!!

Hi, everybody! I am still alive and at goal. My weak wrists have somewhat curtailed my strenuous exercise but I am still in reasonable shape for a guy pushing 66. Missing you guys.

empowered by the knowledge of my 2 month blood test result.

TMI, but I think all the protein shakes are making my farts smell like a dead raccoon in a heatwave.

Three days away from surgery. I've been good on the pre-op diet so why am I suddenly getting cravings?

its been awhile since ive posted ive gone from overeating bad choices gaining again and now im back to reality and refocusing cant let the eating rollercoaster ruin what i worked so hard for but glad im back down yay me

Down 60 lbs as of today! I screamed a little this morning after stepping on the scale & my husband came running thinking there was something wrong, lol.
