so freakin excited!!!!! I got on the scale this morning and I have offically lost 60 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!! whoohoo!!!!! I have only 59 more to meet my goal weight!!!! I couldn't be more proud of myself!!!

Just 3 more days!!! I'm so excited, I want to pack for the hospital right NOW!! LOL!

Hit a new low - 206lbs (168lbs lost)

Back on solid foods! So far, so good. I feel so blessed to have been able to do this.

Almost to my 5 month post op anniversary and I am 98 lbs down!!!!

DAY 4 of liquid diet...I almost did a ninja tumble across the table to just suck some bbq sauce off my daughters chicken wings ... BUT I didn't ! I need more variety in this liguid diet!! Anyone please?

I have gained back an extra 10 pounds. My wrists and back have problems so my activity level has decreased. These extra 10 are not long for this world. I will work them off even if I have to take up belly dancing...

Day 6 of PreOp diet...favorite liquid: cinnamon spice tea, w/smidgen of lactose free fat free milk, and 4 splendas!! Satisfies my sweet tooth!

My mouth tastes like wet dog. Vitamins? Protein? Ketosis? Beats me, but it's gross.

Heading out to the hotel tonight, surgery tomorrow at 0900. Super nervous, excited and apprehensive all at once. I'm looking forward to getitng it over with.

Survived the Thanksgiving meal. And by that I mean, I didn't drop kick any of my family members

Down a pound the day after turkey day!

I had extra skin removed on 11/9/14 and everything went great. It was not as painful as all the horror stories I have heard. still waiting to have drains removed(monday I hope) and I can get back to normal life
