  7. Im the exact opposite I didn't talk about my decision with anyone but family and that way if they did get tired of me talking about it they would say something ha ha I also don't think you will have Popeye legs
  8. it all depends on your insurance and surgeon there is no timeline for anyone really i didnt need insurance approval it was covered I had it done and that was it! good luck

  13. There are surgery month support groups and some facebook pages on here but I think your on the right track by asking hopefully this fantastic community will have answers
  14. really they're just asking you a bunch of questions to make sure you know this surgery is just a tool and that yo have support in place to help you just be honest and you have nothing to worry about Good luck

It was so hard for me after about 11 days and Im having surgery tomorrow i called my doctor yesterday told him i was dizzy sick weak and told him i needed to eat something so I had a salad and felt much better sometimes you have to talk to your doctor and just check in but it does get to a point when surgery is finally here and all you can do is be excited good luck
  19. I get dizzy when I am dehydrated and thats preop! Make sure your drinking enough and if your still worried call your team thats what they are there for good luck and congratulations

  21. I lost 15 pounds in a week on an all liquid diet maybe you can try that! Good Luck and Congrats so far
  22. you could talk to your program specialist at your surgeons office and ask them what insurances they deal with most and result in covering bariatrics
  23. it really just depends on your surgeons plan! I can add in like yogurt and cottage cheese after 7 days of liquids but everyones plan and body is different. you are doing amazingly keep tracking your in vs. out and walk walk walk congrats and welcome to the losers bench i'll be there with you soon

  27. Im not a sleever but On a few videos i watched on youtube they recommended alcohol sugar free chloraseptic for after surgery because their throat was in severe pain so I plan on taking a bottle just in case CONGRATS on your journey
