  2. Down to 291, but I have a hernia now, doc says its not an emergency. But it needs to be fixed

  3. Lol I feel like if you let it sit in your mouth for a bit and let it lose the carbonation it's not too bad
  4. I feel like I can fit more in my pouch and I'm really worried I'm stretching it ugh.

How long ago did you have your surgery?

After six months your pouch get from a golf ball size to an egg size that is what I was told.

So it will hold a little more then the four ounces allowed at a time.

I would check with your surgeon or nutritionist about this.

Try to relax and give them a call.

My surgery date was March 3rd it just seems that I can eat more than I used too, of course it all depends on the food I eat.

  5. I'm worried about this I had the sleeve March 3rd and it seems like I've been able to eat more than I used too. I haven't been perfect, I've overeaten and cheated with some carbonated drinks. But it hasn't been everyday, not even once a week. I just feel like 2 months surgerversity isn't long enough to stretch my pouch.
  6. Gym night tonight, excited :)

    Eating and drinking "rules"

i was also told a half hour before and after, but like already mentioned its meant so that you don't wash your food through.

    Hungry

I always remind myself that its not stomach hunger but head hunger. That and Water. Somedays are better than others. But as long as you don't make yourself sick, just try and do better next time.

    A few bites too many...

I did the same thing like 3 weeks after surgery, I walked around for like a half an hour, and everything worked itself out. I hope you feel better.

    Pre-op diet blues

I also dropped 10 pant sizes, it's pretty crazy. My hunger is a head game for me, my stomach isn't hungry but my head is. So I have to tell myself that I don't need this/that. I graze to, but it's a journey though, I'm not going to beat myself up over it.

    New Jersey Sleevers?

Yeah, unless you're into self torture, you're better off not weighing yourself everyday. I do it like every week and even then I think its a lot. I think using your clothes and body measurements is a better way to keep track. BTW month old sleever from Atlantic City Area. Friend me if you want. Sorry JerseyGirl, I just had my first stall, I dropped 50lbs and then it stopped I got a little frustrated. I think the fact that this is only a weightloss tool, and not a magic bullet is sinking in.

    Fullness guilt

Now that someone mentioned it, I've noticed alot more sneezing. Weird

    Fullness guilt

I think what helps me is that aslong as I stop myself before that painful feeling I don't get as much of the guilt cause not feeling sick is small victory within itself. I'm also only at a month past surgery. So I think those goals will get stricter.
