  2. Finished my appt. my blood sugar was low. My husband gave me a kit Kat (has 22g sugar in it) ate that and feel much better now. Going to the store and going to pick up some apple juice and maybe something else like a couple bananas. That’ll help me a ton.
  3. I’m at the doctors now they just pricked my finger. I’m on a drug that lowers blood sugar and haven’t been eating much sugar because of the surgery. So they think this might be the correct diagnosis.
  4. I’m 6 (almost 7) months post op. The last few weeks I’ve been experiencing some strange symptoms. My chest hurts when I exhort too much energy, my arm gets numb. I’m extremely tired, can’t walk for long without becoming light headed ? it’s been getting better (the doctor put me on a steroid after running every test in the books) they helped. I ran out and I started becoming shaky while at the store. So I did something I don’t typically do. I bought a Reese’s and ate one and the shaking stopped pretty quickly. Got me thinking that maybe everything has to do with my blood sugar. Every single symptom is listed for hypoglycemia. Has anyone experienced this?
  5. I’m almost 17 weeks post op from RNY. I messaged my coordinator and asked about the B12. They sent me for labs to test everything.
  6. I’m taking a multi should I add b12?
  7. Am I going to be weak and tired for the rest of my life?
  8. I’m sorry my little boy just took my phone ... anyways I haven’t bought myself anything except one workout shirt in the past 6 years. I don’t have any clothes in storage. Instead I panic every time I try to shop for clothing for myself. Kids? No issue. Husband? No issue but I have actual panic attacks when I try for myself. So I wear my husbands shirts, or my 1 pair of pants. Or his shorts at home. There are no storage bins full of clothes. If I lose anymore weight and I won’t have anything to wear-and not lien omg too many choices I mean naked because I own no clothes because I have a panic attack trying

  10. I never have money for me. The last few weeks I’ve been using string to tie some of the belt loops together to tighten them and my belt of course. But it’s just way too big. I’m happy I’m in an 18, I haven’t been this small since my wedding 8.5 years & 3 kids (4 pregnancies) ago. Hoping to be 185 by Christmas, and hoping that I gain the courage to be able to get more clothes. For now i only have 1 pair of pants. Shirts are okay I don’t mind them being big, and I’m now wearing my husbands pjs at home (they’re shorts) so that’s no issue. I had to be forced to buy new shoes after 2 years of abuse to them (I’m always on my feet) I only bought 1 goal piece which I think is labeled wrong but maybe not. I’m not there yet. I
  11. My bath robe has a removable tie that I pulled off this morning and looped through my belt loops to keep my pants up. I have an iPhone 7 Plus and there is enough room now between my belly and pants to put it long ways so I need new clothes. My husband saw and dragged me to the store and I’m having an anxiety attack about even trying on clothes. I don’t know why or what to do. ??? Im 16 weeks post op, and 66 lbs down.
  12. I’m 12 weeks and 55 lbs down. I’ve gone down 1 size but can still wear the same clothes because it was all a little tight. The only new clothes I’ve gotten since surgery have been new work shirts and those are a uniform piece provided by work. So I didn’t buy it

  14. Quinoa is a grain so no. We aren’t supposed to eat grains for at least the first 6 months. And some surgeons say wait till you hit your goal weight. Mine says no grains and no sugar. Look into the whole 30
  15. OT but @zerocool crash override was better (my husband insisted I tell you that lol)
