I'm 5'9'' , my largest was pre-pregnancy at 364 lbs. Over the summer I had just moved into size 28 pants, wearing a 3x comfortably (alot of my maternity clothes still fit like a glove)

    I am thankful for:
!. My baby girl - I could not have asked for anything more in a child! She's just so wonderful.
    2. My parents - have always been there for me through thick and thin
    3. My brother - my best friend for life
    4. My sister - she's always been the greatest confidante - even being 15 years younger :-)
    5. 2nd chances - Life can't be all about just living or making it through - everything will work out eventually!

Well everyone, I have been lurking these boards and gaining information and seeing so many success stories for TWO whole years, and my day has finally arrived!
I will be checking into the hospital at 9:45 am and having sleeve surgery at 11:45am. It is surreal and exciting and emotional all in one.
I'm in Victoria (2 hrs by plane and 7 hrs by car) away from home and alone. Unfortunately my family couldn't be here with me :-(
My hubby and I have 2 small children and I didn't want to uproot them and leave them with just anyone for this length of time (7 days).
My parents are so supportive and wanted to take my kids, but they are so busy with getting custody less than a week ago of my 1 year old nephew that I thought it would be waayyy too much for them! They really wanted to take my kids, but I just felt bad. They are dealing with enough already and I don't want to add to their stress.
So we decided that my man should stay home and be there for the kids. Honestly I thought it would be harder, but it's been good so far. I am BORED out of my mind though without the fam to keep me company. Other than that I'm doing better than I thought.
I have been waiting for so so long for this and I hope everything goes well tomorrow! I'm excited to start this chapter of my life and really start living this life!
I can't wait for this body to be able to experience new things!!!
    Sheena :-)

    1. My son. He is the light of my life.
    2. My husband. His default setting is "pain in the ass" but I am so loved and supported and cared for that I can't imagine my life without him.
    3. My little house in the woods. It's a fixer-upper (if I'm being kind), and some days I wish I lived anywhere but there, but I have a roof over my head and it's mine.
    4. My leisure time. A luxury to be sure, and something that not everyone has and can enjoy. I appreciate every moment I can take for myself.
    4. My (improved) health. I feel better than I have in years.

I am thankful for my baby girl. I was told by doctors when I was younger that my weight and the PCOS would make it difficult or close to impossible to have kids - she is my miracle. Though unexpected, she is the sunshine on my darkest days. Looks like me, babbles like me (doesn't really talk yet lol), and has my personality. She is me through and through and the only person in the world I can never get upset with and will always make me smile. She is my angel, my best friend, my beauty. Nothing better than hearing those two syllable "Mommy"s :-)
I am also incredibly thankful for my parents who, no matter how insane I have driven them or find ways of disappointing, they have always supported and loved me and been my biggest help with my daughter and life itself. They want to see me the best I can be, and feel this surgery is going to do exactly that!

I'm thankful for my son! 3 years old and soooo stinking adorable! He wakes up every morning with a smile on his face. He greets me after school with a great big hug and kiss. No matter how trying my day has been, even when he contributes to the frustration of my day, he ALWAYS makes it better by being his smart funny sickeningly cute self! (I usually don't talk about how cute he is but I haven't seen him since yesterday day around noon and it's him like crazy!)

I am thankful for my husband because without him my life would be very different. He has loved me despite my imperfections & faults. He has supported me thru illness, pregnancy & getting my RNY. Without my husband I also wouldn't have our son. Together we are better then we are on our own, we encourage each other to be better.

I'm thankful for my husband and everything he has given up and fought against to be with me. I'm thankful for his humor, his support, his kind heart and never ending patience with me. He makes me better. I love him with everything I am.
I'm thankful for my best friend of 8 years who has been the most supportive of me. She understands me more than anybody else in this entire world. She has been with me for most of my struggles in life and will continue to be. She's never afraid to tell me I'm wrong, or being lazy, or crazy. She knows exactly what I need to hear to get my butt in gear or cheer me up. She is my personal hero.

Definitely my husband. He has loved me skinny, on the way to unhealthy and now is doing an incredible job of helping me get healthy again. Plus he shares my warped outlook on life and he "so consistently cracks me up"! Extra points if you can name the show the quotation is from....

Today's post is going to be EASY! Everyone should be able to do this one! Pick your partner, husband, wife, children, best friend or whoever is the closest to you and say what about them you are so thankful for! Of course you know why you are thankful for them, but writing it out will make you feel even closer to them
I am SO thankful for my husband because he is my very best friend. He supports me unconditionally, and walks beside me through every decision I have to make. He encourages me to reach for my dreams and backs me up without fail. He is my partner, my companion, and my lover. I love you, Bobby!

She said not to worry about counting calories because she said noway am i going to be getting enough calories. She also said for the clear liquid phase to mix the gatorade g2 with a berry flavored Protein Powder she said it was delicious but i havent tried it yet.
