Total stuck in a stall right now. I'm 41/2 weeks post op and have been stalled for about 1 1/2 weeks. How did you guys get out of it? Getting really disappointed and frustrated. I don't even weigh myself every day

Does anybody use it? Is it really unflavored? I would like to add it so some of my favorite things later on but am afraid it will change the taste or consistency.

I understand this completely! I'm slated for surgery Wednesday and I'm looking forward to finally having control over food. If I had the ability to stop when a reasonable person would be full I wouldn't be in this mess. I feel like I have the stomach equivalent of Mary Poppins carpet bag, there is NO BOTTOM! It's so disheartening to never feel full or be hungry an hour after eating all the time.

Thanks guys. I agree most of my hunger is in my head. My cravings are soo bad and not seeming to get easier. This is apparently how withdrawal to addiction feels. I'd give just about anything for a burger. Next Wednesday can't come soon enough!!

I'm on day four of my pre op diet and I'm miserable. I'm starving and I want to eat. I know in the end it will all be worth it but right now February 12 seems so very far away. Is there anything at all I can snack on that won't hurt my diet? I'm doing 3 Protein Shakes a day and a low cal/carb/fat dinner. Dinner is all I can think about right now I'm sorry to whine but watching my husband and baby eat ( or worse preparing their meals) is killing me
