  1. My highest weight was 354. Spent years going up and down. 7 months before surgery I was 315, surgery date 8/7/2013 I was 273..As of today I am 192..How much more do I have to lose before they will remove excess skin, it's a LOT..Do they go from the surgery date or do they count total weight lost?

I was told by my NUT if and when I find myself at a stand still INCREASE the protein intake to get over the hump

  6. Not a good day today..I just realized I am now afraid of food..When I look at it all I see is calories, regaining the 70 pounds I've lost and never making it to my goal weight

One thing I am doing to resolve fears, etc about gaining weight after I get to my goal..I am seeing a psychologist who specializes in eating. I was a binge eater before surgery..that was the past that I don't want to relive it. Also, use myfitnesspal to record what u eat..it is a valuable tool for me now and easy to use., knowing what u eat, how much can make u see in black and white that u r doing the right thing with your eating. That may take some of the fear away from u.
