I'm down 35 since surgery on April 7! 6 more pounds to lose and I will in the 100's on the scale , first time in many years.

I was off 4 weeks I don't think I could have comfortably went back sooner. I would have problems setting in a chair . I would have to walk around to feel better. I guess it just depends on what type of working conditions you would be returning to.

I have started getting an occasional sharp pain on my right side. It doesn't last long but it hurts like he// ! I'm so scared its going to be my gallbladder . I haven't been nauseated so maybe it's something else!

So far @ 13 weeks ,Corn is the only thing I can't handle! I haven't tried steak or lettuce yet .

So, searching on google from what I understand , the body can only absorb so much protein an hour. ( even whey) so I'm thinking of siping on my shake throughout the day.

I was the same way until my nurse explained my nausea was from not drinking and being dehydrated. I found a sf drink I liked and I took a sip every 30 min . It wasn't until I got more fluids in me that the nausea went away . Some of the nausea was from the pain meds so I cut back on them.

I had my surgery 10wks ago . I'm doing great other then .. Lately a few times per week I get a sharp stinging pain on my lower right side of stomach. It doesn't last but a few seconds but boy does it hurt. Any ideas what this might be?

Yes it depends on your boss . I didn't tell my noisy gossip spreading boss ! He stays on Facebook and tells everyone what people post. I blocked him from mine . I chose to tell my immediate family and swore them to secrecy.

Have you tried premiere strawberry and cream shakes? I saw them today but got the chocolate ones instead .

I found a cookie dough protein bar it has many carbs but yes I ate half one day and half the next !

Just tried one today . Pretty good and has 14g of protein 170 calories,1g sugar 3G carbs! I will be buying more. This was a easy snack for working the night shift .

I had my cycle the day of surgery . When I awoke they had removed my panties and just had a pad tucked in there along with a catheter . I did bring my own but I'm sure if I needed extra the hospital would have had some .

Couldn't find tylenol arthritis at Walmart . I purchased equate acetaminophen arthritis instead . For the health professionals , is this the same as Tylenol ? I was told to only take Tylenol products after surgery .
