  16. Hi- I was sleeved Jan 14 and I am down 85 lbs! I notice the past two weeks that my protein is around 80-90. If I took away my protein shake it would be around 70. Has anyone been told they can stop the shakes? I have one a day and a quest bar. Love the bar, but HATE the shakes!
  17. Have had this issue for a long time. It got worse with my sleeve. I take 500 mg of magnesium a day it it works. I also have one quest bar instead of a shake. It has plenty of fiber. (But check with your physician before you switch) and I crumble bran flakes into my yogurt. It's a constant battle..good luck!
  18. I found unjury chocolate to be the best and premiere protein chocolate are okay. I wasted my money on all the others. 3 months out and my doc is now letting me have one protein bar and one shake. I am LOVING the Quest bars. They are so good! Good luck to you
