  20. I was sleeved on 1/14, down 46 pounds and I feel great. The beginning was very hard, but it does get better. Take tiny sips and stop when you feel full. You will be able to get more in each day. I am up to about 45-48 oz of liquid a day and my doctor said that's great. Use a heating pad, it works! Good luck! You'll do fine!

  22. I am 4 1/2 weeks out, down 40 pounds and have a protein question. I am still on soft food and nutritionist said as long as I can mash it in my mouth, I can eat it. I had a piece of veggie burger yesterday and Turku burger today. Could not finish my serving either time and I had to stop and walk around to get burps out. I am thinking they were too dry? Anyone have this happen?
