Roasted soy Beans are great. High Protein, pretty low carb. Just find ones without too much added oil or anything.

    Mixed nuts are my goto.....eat em everyday. But I also try to have jerky, seasoned pumpkin seeds (good protein AND fiber), roasted soy nuts and protein bars handy.
