Constipation

Not the best topic, but needs some advice. I take colace everyday and senna to help, but neither is working. Are there any good fiber supplements to take? I still on soft food, not understanding why I am having all these problems.

    My Dr started me on milk of mag., after 6 mos it quit working. I now take Mira Lax drink it in a hot cup of coffee or green tea. Works great. Good luck
