Hungry

I am 11 weeks out, down 58 pounds and all of a sudden feeling very hungry at night. I eat 4-700 calories a day and exercise 6 days a week. Tried to eat more but I can't seem to fit it in. Any suggestions?

If you are good thru the day. What if you moved your 4th meal later in the evening?

Also may want to add more Water since you are exercising so much.

Just a thought.

I'll eat a string cheese or half a sugar free pudding if I feel like that. If I don't eat and just go to bed I wake up with hunger about 4am.
