  1. I had the liquid vitamins OMG it was so nasty but I forced it down before surgery after two weeks I could smell it in the other room and it would make me sick! I thru it out. It had tons more vitamins but I later found out that your Hindu can only absorb so much per hour ( same with protein) so I chew 3 gummy flinstone vitamins throughout the day, then my night time treat are the 2 chocolate calcium chews . I buy them at SAMs along with premiere shakes .

  5. Mine hurt also , took maybe 7 weeks Before the sudden sharp pain stopped .your tissue is growing and heeling around the staples .
  6. I eat a lot of .... Eggs, Greek yogurt, grilled hamburger pattie on George Forman , almonds, p3 protein packs ( ham cheese almond) lunch meat with cream cheese rolled up inside , fish and boiled shrimp

  10. You won't reach your goal until the swelling of your stomach goes down . Just sip as much as you can. I made myself take a sip every 5 minutes. As your swelling goes down you will be able to consume more nutrients . If your protein shake is too thick thin it down with 2% milk
  11. Happens when you don't wait the 30 min before or after eating, eating too fast or too much, and fatty foods will cause foaming and nausea . For me it has been butter!
  12. I like the premiere chocolate shakes . The only food that sends me to the bathroom is melted butter ! I am very conscience about my thin hair . I got clip on hair extensions but when your hair is thin it's a job to hide the clips. Wish I would have gotten the ones on a string . I'm 8 months out weight loss is slow but also eating holiday goodies . Started at 254 now 163 . Very happy with results ????
  13. Down 96 pounds including weight loss before surgery (20) ! I can eat anything just very small portions and chicken fills me up fast ! Can't eat much at one time . Loving the new clothes , had to get rid of ally other ones
  14. Down 96pounds the weight loss has been slow over the past two months , but I admit to snacking more then usual . I have gotten a lot of attention ! Purchased my first medium sized shirt yesterday ( yea me ) my BMI is 31 just one point to go until I'm out of the obese side .

  16. Nothing fits !! Not even my rings. My ring finger is a 5 prior to surgery I was an 8 . If only my stomach would slim as fast as my fingers !! 80 pounds down in 7 months currently at a stall:(
  17. I'm 7 months post sleeve and have had 3 stalls it will pass. Watch your carbs and weight less.
  18. Weight loss has really slowed down this month! I would like too lose another 20 pounds . Guess it's time to buckle down and make myself exercise !

  20. Your stomach is still swollen so getting everything in is going to take time. Sip all day to get your fluids in . Your pain meds might be making u nauseas that was my case . Or u may be dehydrated . Just sip and walk sip and walk. Each day should be better then the previous .
  21. Mine slowed way down when I started eating red meat . I basically eat 1/2 of hamburger patty cooked on George Forman grill.
  22. Happens to me also! I figure it's from low calorie diet ! It's disappears after a few seconds of standing
