Does the constipation start at the puréed food stage or soft food stage ?

My nut had me on a new directions protein shake plain . I get to eat a small lunch and yogurt . We are not put on a liquid diet . The evening before I do a colon clean, was with a antibacterial soap and use a antibacterial mouthwash . We stay 2-3 nights . I'm surprised by the different ways to prepare for this. I'm so dearly gonna miss my buttered biscuits and po boy bread ... But I will be skinny when I'm crying about it! Lol

I hope this will be my post in 4 months !!

I have almost the same but I'm taking a heat pad incase I have shoulder pain from gas and chap stick . I heard your lips take a beating !

I can't wait to go to Victoria secrets and not feel like a fat cow !! Haha that's one of my goals !

Depends on the dr. My friend didn't . It gives a dr a sneak peek of what she will be working with . She will be looking for hernias and take a biopsy for h pylori bacteria . I didn't feel a thing and didn't have a soar throat

Why Chapstick ?

Had my EGD everyone was right! I went to sleep and a hour later I was leaving ! The only thing that hurt was the IV that left a huge blue bruise . I slept most of the day. I think everyone has to have one so the dr can get a sneak peak of what she is working with, and test for H pylori bacteria .

Of the 3 people I know only one regained her weight . she lost 50 pounds and then started regaining . She can't eat a lot at one time but I noticed she nibbles all day long ! She really didn't even try . I hope I remember this is a tool not a overnight weight loss miracle

I started in Nov . Blue cross makes u complete 3 month nutrition class. Tomorrow I have EGD and next week a 4 hr class then the 7th I get sleeved . To prepare I have ordered liquid vitamins fruit flavored , guide to gastric sleeve book, soup, broth, sugar free Popsicles, sugar free jello, sugar free drink mix, gas x strips, milox, unjury unflavored protein, vitamin water. I hope I have everything covered but everyone I read a post I find something else to get . Haha oh and a single server blender!
