Sharp pain lower right side

I had my surgery 10wks ago . I'm doing great other then .. Lately a few times per week I get a sharp stinging pain on my lower right side of stomach. It doesn't last but a few seconds but boy does it hurt. Any ideas what this might be?

      I agree with JCsMamaBear ...it could just be gas (walking helps) or maybe it's gallbladder or something like that... hope all is well...
