I am EXACTLY where you are, but just 10lbs behind. SW 313 CW 277. scale hasn't moved in over a week. I'm so frustrated too. I thought maybe it was cause I am working out but I don't want to stop doing that. I'm getting my 80 grams of Protein and 64oz of Water. I'm 31 and been overweight my whole life. Maybe my body doesn't want to be thin?!
What are you doing for Protein, Water, and exercise? Maybe we can figure this out together!

Just remember. This will be the last 2 weeks for a very long time that you will feel like you want to eat more. For the next several months you'll be trying to figure out how to get enough in. I'm 8 weeks out and struggle to get enough calories in daily. A total switch from pre-op where I thought I was going to die from hunger.

I went through a huge stall where I lost and gained the same two pounds. I finally broke it two days ago!!! I think my trick was upping my calories to around 1000. I work out pretty vigorously 5-6 times a week and my NUT said to try it and it worked!!!!

I live in Denver and do use mj recreationally. I waited for several weeks after surgery but my doctor and nut said it was fine.
I DO get the munchies and am sad about that.
It DOES settle my stomach when I'm nauseous.
It has A LOT less calories than alcohol.
So while I'm sure everyone is different, I won't be using mj regularly anymore after I move out of state next month. Not to say I won't occasionally partake, but the munchies are enough to deter me from being a regular user. Plus, it's illegal in Texas.

I am also signed up for a color run. Mine is in Riverside, CA in three weeks!! I'll only be 11 weeks out from surgery but have been making pretty good progress with endurance and strength. I plan on power walking it as I'm still to heavy to actually run but I am excited none the less. Since it is out of state it will also be my first time on a plane since surgery and I'm hoping I won't have to use the extender for the first time in years!!!

I work as a patient counselor and surgery scheduler for a large group of LASIK and cataract surgeons. I used to manage an entire practice but took a step back after surgery to spend more time on me. Best decision I ever made.

I told friends, family and coworkers. I didn't and don't keep it a secret. It was no secret I was morbidly obese, even if I didn't see myself that way. I also didn't want to lie to anyone when the questions about how I'm losing this much weight started coming in. Now, I don't tell my clients because at some point, I'm tired of talking about it as much as I have been and I don't see them often enough for it to matter.
I got a wide range of support when I told people. Most are really supportive, some don't care, etc. I had one person tell me in a roundabout way that he thought I would fail because I wasn't committed. But whatever, my success isn't dependent on him. I'm down 114 pounds in about 4 months so he can EAD.

I cook up a pound of Jennie O ground turkey sausage and use it through the week. A slice of low fat cheddar cheese mixed in the meat then microwave for 45 seconds. Add a dollop of light sour cream and some salsa. Delicious in two minutes.

I believe I have met my first stall. I'm 7 weeks out and down 35 pounds from SW of 313 on 12/17. I track my weight daily and have seen sort of a down hill roller coast over the last month and a half. Lose two, gain one, no gain, lose two, etc. But I have now been stuck with in a pound of 277 for 10 days.
I work out 4 times a week. Two with a trainer and two cardio days in my own. I also walk about 4 miles a week and trying to increase that.
My calories are around 875 a day and I'm getting at least 80 grams if Protein and usually less than 30 grams of carbs.
Is there something I'm missing? I know these stalls happen but was hoping in some advice to jump start the weight loss again.

At my initial surgery consult I was wearing a 34/36 (yes that is a real size) or 6X - maybe a 5X on a "good" day. I'm now in a size 16 bottom and an XL top. Got a ways to go but so far, so good!
