My surgery was Oct. 26. I already can say it was an awesome decision. I fell better and better each day. Not at all hungry. Already: Almost off insulin. Blood Pressure is down greatly. Couldn't be happier! And, I have many complications to deal with. GRAND luck! Rick

Yes, that happened to me. Went to my cardiologist and he said I was low to moderate risk and sent it to Lap Band Dr. and I am scheduled for next Tuesday. My cardiologist said the risk of not having something done was much greater! Hope all goes well. EKG irregulairites was thought to be "your a big guy".... GRAND luck!

Hi Gang, Tuesday is the day for me. Dr. didn't require more than a day of liquid diet...but, working to get blood sugar down. I will share more with you after I have the surgery.... I am inspired by your strength and encouraged by the GRAND results! Together...everyone achieves more!
