Hi, I am new here and was given my date on Monday - only have to wait two weeks so my surgery date is 9 August!! Is it possible to feel sooo excited and sooo scared at the same time!!!

I start my pre op diet tomorrow - YUMMY NOT!!! - but tomorrow is the start of a whole new phase in my life and I can't wait.:whoo:

It is official I am now approved by my insurance company and my date will be on August 13th. Needless to say I am excited beyond words!!!

Hi Everyone. My date is August 13! I can't wait to get the show on the road. I am a bit nervous about the whole thing. I was ready for the surgery 2 months ago but my insurance denied me originally and I had to appeal. Now I have to do liquids all over again but if I got ready once, I will be ready again! best of luck to all.
