  1. Lol well said and yes there should be an occupation in this for me at this point
  2. When I have a BM its so "heavy" that it won't move in the toilet when its flushed, so it doesn't flush. Is this normal and does anyone know why? Is it because of the protein I'm consuming?
  3. If you just paid 800 to your dr and had already paid 500 then your OOP should only be another 700$
  4. My dr sent me back to work after 4 weeks. I work on a manufacturing floor and pulled a muscle by overworking. I ended up off work for another week. Take it easy. We only have one body to live in for years. You're worth it.

  7. Indigo I love that idea! Im a list maker. I make lists of lists I need to make/categorize! I will totally try what you suggested and hope I don't lose the book
  8. Yes your gallbladder pain can be deferred to the left side of your body instead of the right. I would ask for a gallbladder function test
  9. I'm passing mine down to my friend who also had sleeve but is bigger than me. She can use them as she transitions and then she can pass them to a friend of hers
  10. I had the same uncomfortable feeling in my throat and chest until about week 2. It did help to flavor my water and also drinking hot tea helped too me get in my water as well and felt well drinking.
  11. So leaving the weightloss trend of my previous years and years of resolutions I've decided to change mine up a bit. I'm going with working toward financial freedom. (Being debt free).
  12. The hospital coded my bill wrong so I got a bill for 45,000 from hospital. That doesn't count dr, anesthesiologist or lab!! Working on getting it coded right and resubmitted
  13. I tried melatonin and it didn't work for me. If you do try it be aware that it makes some people have crazy dreams and nightmares.
  14. I had same problem and use 100% coconut oil to hydrate my skin and it works
  15. I'm 6 weeks out and have had tilapia twice and it was really good and sat very well
  16. Was 198.4 last week. Today 195.8!! 6 weeks post op from 237 goal was 199 so I've surpassed it. New Years I hope to be at 191.

  18. Mine just says to try something new every day and see what my sleeve tolerates after 6 weeks.
  19. I haven't been able to eat it or ham without getting sick. They say keep trying that it will get better. I'm 6 weeks out and pretty much stick to chicken and thin sliced deli turkey meat.

    I have it also and it gets worse if Im reading and prop my chin/cheek up on my hand. I read alot and in bed I prop my head on my hand while reading or watching tv. That's trigger for me.
