Food just isn't the same

I'm in week 6 and finally able to start trying out the foods I like to see if they sit well in my sleeve and am finding myself disappointed. Everything tastes different. I used to find joy in eating some foods because to me they were wonderful and delicious but now it seems everything is too sweet or too strong or too blah!! Does this end? Will it ever taste the same again?

Yes it changes I think most of us go through this stage at about the same time. As a matter of fact at about a month or so you could see me posting the same things. Didn't care if I ate again, food didn't taste good, wasn't worth it.

In time things will even out and food will be good again.

That happened to me about 5-6 weeks out where eating just wasnt enjoyable. It passes. My 2 pound gain this weekend it a testiment to that. haha

A few days ago a girl was eating a bag of Cheetos and I started to automatically vomit.... I don't see food in the same way anymore. I see empty calories of junk food that's just rat poison to me! This junk had brought me so much agony to my life..... Now I wont let it control me!

Also I have found that the more processed a food is, the more my sleeve hates it. UNLESS it's loaded with sugar. Sugary drinks from Starbucks go right down. Milkshakes from any fast food place however hurt my stomach.
