TMI but...

When I have a BM its so "heavy" that it won't move in the toilet when its flushed, so it doesn't flush. Is this normal and does anyone know why? Is it because of the protein I'm consuming?

Lol well said and yes there should be an occupation in this for me at this point :)

Oops, I forgot to answer! When you can, start incorporating fiber into your diet. the high protein can cause lots of constipation and hard stools.

Also, in the early days I took milk of magnesia.
