Down from HW 249 SW 238 CW 144. Down 105 lbs since 11/11/13

I was sleeved 11/11/13 and at 7 mos SW 238 to CW 151!!

I am having the same problems and am 7 mos out

I work 5:30am-6pm so 12here too. I packed: 1/2c cottage cheese and 1/4c peaches in its own juice, 1/2c. Chicken salad with 4 Melba crackers, 1stick cheese, dannon light &fit Greek coconut yogurt. Had a quest bar but didn't eat it

I now get a ice water in a to go cup so the servers can't tell if it's empty and I don't put a straw in it to remind myself not to drink

check sodium content. May be making you retain water.

I started using a daily probiotic and have been regular since then.

Mio doesn't contain aspartame (which gives me migraines)

Darbimolly crystal light has aspartame in it
