    I am 7 weeks post op today and like the other ladies I get so full on so little. I love that I can just share with my husband if we go somewhere. Before i would have to eat a lot to feel really full and then not only did i feel really full, but it was heavy on my stomach as well. I really love being able to feel full on little BUT without the heavy feeling. I would feel really full after half a pudding too at first, now I can at least get a whole pudding down, even a yogurt for Breakfast, even though it takes me a half hour, lol. But i love that just a yogurt will fill me up. It's been very much worth it! I had no complications, everything healed nicely and i am so glad i did it! I have lost 20 lbs so far. Good luck with your surgeries, hope all goes well

    Try different Protein Drinks. Isopure and Syntrax have a huge line of different flavors. More like koolaid/lemonade style not just thick sweet chocolate and vanilla. Even with the chocolate and vanilla, you may try diluting them with skim milk and mixing up flavors by adding Torani Syrup or Mio or Dasani drops. PB2 is great mixed in, too. I have at least 8 different kinds of Protein drinks in my house right now, not to mention the almost unending flavor possibilities with the Torani syrups and fruits I mix in. At 6 months out I still have a Protein Shake everyday and I love them.

    It's the carbs you have to watch out for. How often? It is pretty individual. Personally, I eat very low carb 80-90% of the time with high fats and moderate Protein. When I do go off plan, you can bet it is going to be something better than McD lol. If you must have it, just skip the bun and fries, and it won't be bad for weightloss at all.

    I'm almost 4 mos post op and it's true, just keep doing what your doing and it will start dropping off again in a week or two. I thought I was doing something wrong and had wasted our money and time when I had my first stall. I finally told the little "devil" sitting on my shoulder to get lost! No one invited self pity party to this engagement and this was MY Weight Loss Journey! It took about two weeks but I started losing again and the first week I lost almost 4 lbs which more than made up for the two week stall I encountered.
    Keep the faith and stay the path!!!

    So glad I'm not the only one feeling like that! I am 4 weeks post (sleeved 4/21/14) and I am only down 14-15 lbs. I fluctuate between 291 and 290 for over almost 2 weeks now. I have been having a hard time getting enough Protein and Water in though. I recently bought some whey isolate protein (60g protein per scoop) that my DH makes a protein smoothie with in the morning and I drink half in the morning and the other half in the afternoon. I had a hard time keeping up with that when i returned to work. I am hoping that if I can keep getting enough protein in and try getting all my water in my body will start moving the weight again. I even walk at the mall near my work at lunch, 1 1/3 mile (twice around the inside) almost every day. Hang in there everyone!

    All losses are good losses fellow sleevers. I'm in a stall and embrace the fact that it shall pass - as long as there are no big increases we are winners and on the way to healthier lives.

    I mainly use it to make fruit smoothies now or in oatmeal. Unsweetened Almond milk, nonfat greek yogurt, frozen fruits, spinach or kale, flax oil, & a scoop of the Protein Powder and Voilà!
