Yes I exercise and it makes a big difference. I wasnt able to exercise hardly at all last month and only lost 3 pounds. When I have exercised the other months its been a good 8 to 10 pounds lost. So keep moving and exercise everyday.

Wow, I leave for a while and have a bunch to catch up on. Christmas was great! We are in Va right now and will be heading home in the morning, thank god! I am exhausted!!!! They check the liver function by taking blood. They took out about 6 viles of blood to check all my stats. It was crazy I tell ya! I was woozy. Dr. B can do it and will schedule it after the holidays. He is a great Surgeon and I respect him very much. I feel very comfortable now knowing he can do this for me. Just hope and pray my gallbladder stays fine until after the 2nd of January. Angie

Shew, dodged that bullet! I dont have to have surgery today. My liver function looks a lot better now!!! YAY! Ok we are off to go watch King Kong. WOOT! TTYL!

Ok well I saw Dr. B today and he sent me for a stat on my liver function. I am sitting here right now on pins and needles waiting to see if I am going to have SURGERY today! YEs you heard it! Surgery today! If my liver function is still elevated he is going to want to have me under the knife today and have it out. If now then we will be able to wait until after the holidays. Please wish me luck with this. I am so anxious it is killing me!!!!! Angie

Congrats on being banded! I knew Dr. B would take great care of you. Follow what Dianne told you to do with the liquids. I followed the directions to the T and I lost a good 17 pounds in those two weeks. It is tough and it is hard but you will make it. Drink your Protein every hour and sip on Water and drink the chicken broth. I also had won ton Soup from chinese restaurant and took the won ton's out. That was really good. Well here is the verdict. I have to have surgery! YAY! <sigh> I am trying to see if Dr. Bauman can do this so he can go in there and not mess anything up with the lapband. We shall see. Me General Practitioner got the results today and sat me down and said I have to have surgery due to gallstones and I have kidney stones in both kidney's. I am falling apart at the seams here girls! I hope this isnt hard on me and that I recover like I did with the Lap-band. Wish me luck and I will keep you updated on when I am having it. Angie

I went to the Doctor today because I had a really bad gallbladder attack after lunch on Saturday. It lasted until 3am Sunday morning. It was very painful and I had a lot of belching with it. I am going for an ultrasound tomorrow to check on it and to see what is going on. I may have to have surgery to get it removed. I sure hope that isnt the case. I don't want to have to go through another surgery. My side is still hurting and I am on a bland diet this evening and then fasting until after the ultrasound. Wish me luck! Angie

Yes it was very nice to see everyone. I so loved my ornament too! I have it at the top of my Christmas tree. I showed everyone last night at our party. We had a blast and we were up until after 4am. WOO HOO! I had a gallbladder attack last night. I think I am starting up with gallbladder problems since I have lost so much weight so far. Hopefully it wont be a problem but I need to keep an eye on it. I almost went to the ER last night since it started hurting really bad. But hopefully it doesnt come back. Seems to hit me once a month or so. I would love to see a pic of all of us and Let me know when the next one is and where it will be. You all looked great yesterday!!!! Love, Angie

Congrats KIM! I am so proud of you! You are working hard and losing fast. You keep this progress up and at a year hopefully you will be close to your goal. I am only at 52 pounds lost so far. I feel like I am stuck right now. I need a fill. I havent had one yet!!! Keep truckin girl. Lets get motivated and workout that is what is going to take care of the rest here. Thanks everyone! I am back and doing much better now that my routine will get back in order. I gained weight while away and not following my diet. I am back on the band wagon so to speak and will get those pounds off. It sucks that she passed away and I will miss her but I know she is happier up in heaven with my Grandfather. When he passed 9 years ago a part of her died as well. Love you Grandma!!!! Angie
