Just wanted to let you all know I am out of town due to my Grandmother passing away. I will be back this Friday after Thanksgiving. It has been hard but I am making it. I will keep in touch as I can. TTYS!

Angie, I'm so sorry. It must be so sad. I just got back from NJ to be with my grandmother for her 97th BD. My heart aches for you.

Thanks everyone! I am back and doing much better now that my routine will get back in order. I gained weight while away and not following my diet. I am back on the band wagon so to speak and will get those pounds off. It sucks that she passed away and I will miss her but I know she is happier up in heaven with my Grandfather. When he passed 9 years ago a part of her died as well. Love you Grandma!!!!
