Interesting that in this day and age with our current president we still can't have a convo about race-makes people uncomfortable and I know it's off topic but if it wasn't wouldn't it still want to be avoided

    ?????
  6. Whatever you decide try to relax while there-stress/nervousness can upset your pouch and make whatever you're eating less agreeable
  7. Can't wait to be where you all are-is it naive to think that you could probably just add a cup of ice cream after dinner (will provide a little extra calcium)
  8. While your in recovery the surgeon will let your husband know everything went well. If your husband ask questions about the surgery your surgeon will more than likely answer the questions in detail revealing your secret-this happened to me with my aunt who was in the waiting room
  9. Anyone know of a protein granola that's not primarily soy protein? The Bare Naked has a ton of soy
  10. Ate one Hershey's kiss in recognition of V Day. I was so nervous thinking I would dump. I was fine...it was good
  11. If a couple people already shared there displeasure with what was being said why is it always necessary for several more posters to chime in and attack the person making the comment- that is gang/ bullying behavior Think about your past post-they are not always stated in the most "loving" manner a lot of it can be taken the wrong way Anyway...OP sorry for hijacking your thread just wanted to address the hypocrisy
  12. LadyD you have just been internet bullied by the usual gang don't take it personal-it's what they do Apparently 'they" can say whatever they want in whatever manner (offensive or otherwise) but others better not try it or you get gang banged...lol
  13. I can so relate to the stress thing-if anything gets on my nerves even a little my stomach will shut down-this was definitely not the case before surgery
  14. Congrats on your smooth recovery so far. I think its good to hear everyone's experience-good, bad, or somewhere in the middle-it's that person's truth and can help someone else going through a similar situation.
  15. I had the same pain not sure exactly why- an abdominal binder really helped.

Or Educate-can't assume you know what's offensive to a group of people with different experiences

What was even more insulting than the term colored was the dismissive way you justified being able to use mj since you're among the privileged (non-colored) and don't have to worry about the police-the whole stop and frisk comment just sounds like a cover and OP stop trying to justify just makes you look bad too.
  18. Doubt if Walmart sells Isopure-you may have to order online
  19. I hope it passes quickly
  20. Ok it's official I hate everything today tried Mahi Mahi, chili, peanut butter, tuna either it hurts or I hate it after one bite Why does it seem like my ability to tolerate food is going backwards? I ate all of the above before without any issues. Finicky a-- pouch! Sorry had to vent
