  1. I ate my normal foods, but I tracked my calories on myfitnesspal. I was on a 1500 calorie a day plan.
  2. I would go see your NUT.
  3. I love all my Under Armour gear and my new mountain bike.
  4. You are not alone, most of us had setbacks. I look back on mine now and laugh!!! Keep positive!!! All the best!!!
  5. There will be days where you do not get in all your Protein. I continue to use and drink Nature's Best Isopure (GNC and online) when I need to get in some quick protein.
  6. Nope!!! I have lost weight in the past but would always gain it back and then some. I am very happy I had it done. I fully admit though that I haven't spend a lot of time pondering if it was the right decision. Relentless forward motion!!!
  7. Post op I could eat 2 ounces at a time. I made sure to take my time. 15 to 20 minutes to eat those 2 ounces.
  8. I wish you all the best!!!!
  9. WOW!! Congrats on all your success!!
  10. I wear Under Armor compression gear when I work out, run, or mtn. bike.
  11. RNY, 6 or 7 incisions. 15 months post-op tomorrow and I can hardly see them anymore.
  12. Awesome! It is fun getting compliments like that!
  13. I feel you on this one. I have been lifting weights and doing cardio non-stop for the last 12 months. Here are a few of things I have done to help keep motivated: bought a good mountain bike, started swimming, treated myself to some nice quality workout gear/ shoes, bought a Garmin Vivofit, discovered a few new bands(workout music is key for me) re-discovered my love of Geo-caching, and when needed have taken a few days off to get back to level ground. Best Wishes!!
  14. I plan on getting them done once a year for the rest of my life.
  15. I wasn't allowed to lift more than 10 pounds for ten weeks after surgery.
  16. I had a very smooth surgery. I feel very lucky. One of the best post op experiences so far has to be the day I went into a department store and tried on a size 50x30 pair of jeans and a size 3XL t-shirt. I was in utter shock and disbelief that this is what I wore before my surgery. I can now comfortably wear a size 31x30 jean and a size L t-shirt. I love clothes shopping and I love having my picture taken. I am so happy I had the surgery. All the best with whatever you decide. Trever
  17. I am probably the poster child for what NOT to do. I eat little bits ALL day long.
  18. Nice to meet you. Best wishes!!!!
  19. Getting the mail. It seemed like everyday I was getting another bill.
