Interesting to see the different responses here. I think a stall is when there is no weight loss after 2 weeks (especially for women who may have hormonal changes).

Just curious - how do you personally define a stall? A few days with the scale not moving? More than a week? Two weeks? A month? A loss of less than a pound a week? I have a feeling people define it differently and I'd like to hear your thoughts.
