You guys will find someone. My advice is be open to someone who you might not consider your type, and don't settle just because you want a relationship you're worth more than just settling.

Wow I applaud all you guys who are up to multiple miles, I'm up to a mile and.still walking it rather slow. I still have a lot of left side pain tho.

3 week post op check tomorrow, def having up and down days, still struggling to get all my liquids and Protein in. Some days I feel really good and other days I feel sick all day.

From what I have read from others who have hit stalls around this time they changed up their eatting, upped their Protein and started exercising more.

So I came across this recipe for ranch dressing using cottage cheese. Take 1cup of ffcottage cheese,1/4 cup of Water and 3-4 tps of hidden valley ranch seasoning packet. Blend very well you can add more water if you want to thin it out. It is so yummy and packed with Protein.< /p>

I was able to wear a size 50 dress pants today. This is a huge milestone for me as I started out at size 70 in the waist. I am so super excited.

Bought a new dress and when I modeled it for my husband he said, "Wow!, do you have Spanx on?" He lifted my dress up and I didn't!!!!!!!

Wore a dress yesterday with no shorts or spanxs and didn't start a fire with my thighs rubbing together cus they didn't rub!!! :-)~ lol yaaay!!!

Taco night! Made with ground chicken spiced with cumin and chili powder and mixed with salsa, wrapped in a romaine lettuce leaf instead of a tortilla, avocado, tomatoes, onions, low fat cheese and a tablespoon of plain Greek yogurt.
