protein packed ranch dressing

So I came across this recipe for ranch dressing using cottage cheese. Take 1cup of ffcottage cheese,1/4 cup of water and 3-4 tps of hidden valley ranch seasoning packet. Blend very well you can add more water if you want to thin it out. It is so yummy and packed with protein.

    I use unflavored Greek yoghurt! It's not so lumpy but ill have to try it with the cottage cheese
