  3. I haven't dumped because I have Bern too scared to try anything that might make me dump. I saw s friend get REALLYsick eating pasts and sauce with hfcs.I'm not a sweet eater but I love my carbs. I ate pasta about three times a week... oh well, no more!

  7. I got nauseous about a week ago and stayed on liquids for a day and it passed.
  8. Individual chop salads served om lettuce. Chopped turkey, onion, tomato, red pepper, cucumber, feta cheese, with olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing. I'm going to serve there in lettuce cups.love me the salad.

  10. Lol...after breast feeding twins and another kid I'm just not what I was....never will be without cosmetic surgery..oh well I won't have another 25,000 to spend on surgery. My policy does cover pannus removal and possibly a tummy tuck if there's a skin breakdown ....and there already is. I'm a long way from that though#
  11. I drank v8 as my " cheat".... my nut was fine with it as long as it was just a little bit each day. It gave me a break from the sweet taste of the shakes. I'm not a sweet fan.
  12. Breakfast was scrambled black pepper Romano cheese eggs with red pepper and onions.. everyone liked it and I loved my 1/2 an egg!
  13. Hated the bariatric bed...too short( I'm 5'10") and the inflation kept me up all night. They got me a regular bed for the second night. Hope everyone is feeling great this am!
  14. I saw my surgeon three times but met with the nurse program head five times. Each of my surgeon visits lasted about 45 minutes. Each time I brought in a list of questions and took lots of notes. After the second visit I actually told him to stop explaining the surgery ...I got it already! I also had to watch six informational videos about the process....it was boring! I will say that I changed my mind about the sleeve after our first visit and after I did mire research..glad I did!

  16. Yup! Pretty close. It's a potowatomie Indian name meaning " river of lakes". We have five lakes in our town all connected by a river. Very beautiful even if our weather SUCKS in the winter.

  19. I put protein in hello and pudding.I like the unflavored best. It Ganges the texture but it's not bad.
